Important Dates & Deadlines

Deadline to Object or Opt Out of the Settlement: filed or received on or before October 1, 2026

Final Approval Hearing: October 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. unless rescheduled by the Court.

• The Court will hold the hearing at the Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building, Courtroom 2, Floor 4, 1301 Clay St., Suite 400 S, Oakland, CA 94612

Deadline to Submit Required Forms: In order to receive your settlement payments, you must submit the Forms W-4 and W-9 to Microchip no later than 45 days after the Effective Date.*

Deadline to Cash Settlement Checks: 180 days after check was issued.

Note: Uncashed payments will be paid into the California State Controller Unclaimed Property Division nine months after the Effective Date.*

*The Effective Date for the Settlement will depend on when the Court grants final approval and whether any class members object to the settlement terms and/or appeal any denial of any objections.
